Shipping and Self collection
We currently offer a flat rate of $4 for deliveries for all orders within Singapore.
Alternatively, self collection is available at booth locations which we will announce through our Instagram.

Returns and exchanges
Items which are brand new and unused can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon delivery. Heng Suay LLP retains sole discretion on whether an item can be returned or exchanged. All delivery fees will be paid by the customer. Contact us via email at hengsuay88@gmail.com for more information.

Product Care
Excessive cleaning of our products may result in damage to the prints. We recommend putting the washing machine on "delicate" setting and ironing them inside out when possible.
